Landscaping and Planting: Plans include landscaped green spaces with native planting, tree-lined primary streets, and an extensive parkland area. Proposals also include the preservation of Cornish hedgerows surrounding and within the site.

Play and Recreation Areas: Dedicated spaces for a children’s play area, catering for older children as well as younger age groups, providing a wider range of play opportunities in green open space.

Community Amenities: Proposals include facilities such as walking loops, seating areas and an orchard within minutes of walking distance to all the new homes.
