Welcome to the Reserved Matters consultation for the proposed development at Bodieve, Wadebridge.

This consultation is your opportunity to shape specific elements of the development following the Outline Planning permission granted earlier this year.

What Has Been Decided?

The Outline Planning application approved the principle of:

  • Building up to 245 homes.

  • The location and overall access to the site.

What’s Open for Consultation?

This consultation focuses on the finer details of the development, including:

  • The layout of buildings, roads, and open spaces.

  • The appearance of the homes, including materials and styles.

  • Landscaping and biodiversity measures.

  • The design of public and community spaces.

  • Connectivity for pedestrians, cyclists, and vehicles.

The consultation is open until 12th January 2025.

Following this consultation, it is expected the planning application will be submitted in early 2025 with work to start on site in the autumn of 2025.
